Cancellation Policy
Exhibitors and Sponsorships: The cancellation deadline is January 26, 2020 and 50% of the fees will be refunded. After January 26, 2020, there will be no refunds allowed. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after that date.
Regular Registration only: Cancellations must be received in writing to Jamie.miller2@uc.edu and received before or by March 2, 2020. A $100 fee will apply to registrations cancelled before Monday, March 2, 2020. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after that date.
